Position: Clinical Operations Coordinator
Type: Permanent Part-time role, 11.25 hours per week (0.3 FTE)
Established in 1970, Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) (Te Whare Takiura o Manukau) has been serving akonga, students and the communities of South Auckland for over fifty years. MIT is a Business Division of Te Pukenga, bringing together on-the-job, campus and online vocational education.
As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of quality clinical/practice experiences for students of the Faculty of Nursing and Health Studies. Your responsibilities will include:
Negotiating placementsCoordinating activitiesEvaluating placementsRecording/reportingRoster preparationProviding administration support for operational activities of the FacultyYou will need to be self-motivated with a positive attitude, have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, and enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
