Clinical Nurse Specialist - Paediatrics | Greymouth Permanent Full-time position based in Greymouth Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Registered Nurse Clinically credible & well respected, with demonstrated cultural competence and excellent interpersonal skills What you'll do with your time Provides leadership in application of nursing assessment, clinical decision-making, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of care Coordinates the care of consumers utilising organisational and community resources to enhance delivery of care and optimal consumer outcomes Develop, implement, and provide Developmental Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) co-ordination to assist children, young people, and their whanau The Clinical Nurse Specialist Paediatrics & Child Health works across the whole organisation providing ASD coordination and advanced leadership within a clinical speciality, practising in the roles of practitioner, consultant, researcher, leader/change agent and care coordinator in the Paediatric service to patients, whanau, and health care teams in the pursuit of clinical excellence and improved health outcomes.
This is a rare role within our Paediatric team and is an excellent position for a highly qualified and experienced nurse who is looking to take the next step to advance their career.
This role will be focused on providing exceptional Paediatric care to our patients from across the West Coast.
We are looking for a clinical role model who can guide and educate peers, patients and their whanau.
