As a senior, experienced mental health nurse you will be committed to ensuring the ongoing quality of service delivery within the team, provide clinical guidance and support the Clinical Nurse Manager in the management of all resources. Essential requirements include: ability to provide clinical formulation; talking therapy with children, young people and their whanau; an ability to work systemically.The successful appointee must have a good working knowledge of the Mental Health and Addictions sector, and the broader services and communities that interface with the team. It is preferred that the successful candidate has strong assessment and therapeutic intervention, specifically therapy skills. The successful candidate should also be able to work efficiently both independently and with other clinicians in our skilled multi-disciplinary team.Full time, Monday to Friday working days.Mo koe / About youWe welcome applications from experienced clinicians who can demonstrate a commitment to working with tamariki, rangatahi and their whanau. It is essential to have an ability to connect and build trusting relationships with a wide range of people from the community.
