As a senior, experienced mental health nurse, you will be committed to ensuring the ongoing quality of service delivery within the team, providing clinical guidance, and supporting the Clinical Nurse Manager in the management of all resources. Essential requirements include:Ability to provide clinical formulation.Talking therapy with children, young people, and their whanau.An ability to work systemically.The successful appointee must have a good working knowledge of the Mental Health and Addictions sector, and the broader services and communities that interface with the team. It is preferred that the successful candidate has strong assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
