Mo te turanga / About the role A great opportunity has arisen for a nurse with a passion in the continued development and co-ordination of care of breast patients at Te Whatu Ora Lakes community. A key component of the role is to ensure the delivery of effective, appropriate and personalized care to the breast cancer clients of Te Whatu Ora Lakes and their family/whanau. This will include working within the hospital setting and the community, ensuring co-ordination and integration of services to improve the quality of care delivery throughout their patient experience.
Mo koe / About you We are seeking an exceptional and dedicated nurse to join our supportive Surgical Service team, someone who embodies our commitment to patient care and excellence. You will have proven clinical abilities demonstrating a clear evidence base and your leadership attributes will be evidenced by involvement in providing direct care, education, training, research, and audit involvement. You will also demonstrate excellent people management, communication, and project development skills. There is an expectation that you will have completed appropriate Post Graduate study, including a clinical assessment paper.
