Based in Tokoroa in the lovely South Waikato, Medcall is looking for an amazing Clinical Nurse Lead for one of our clients.
Are you a NZ Registered Nurse with leadership experience, a passion for mentoring and ensuring clinical excellence?
Do you understand the dynamics of managing a clinical and care team?
Do you thrive in a busy role, juggling priorities, meeting with residents, families, allied health professionals, management meetings and overseeing your team?
Do you have experience managing your department/clinical budget, and understand how to report on variances?
Are you familiar with internal audits and external certification requirements for aged care?
Are you calm in a crisis, inspiring on a daily basis, someone others turn to for support & guidance?
Do you solve problems, offering solutions and opportunities?
Are you someone who takes the lead, always chasing the next goal, determined to succeed and do even better than before?

NZ Nursing registration and current APC
