The Reefton Integrated Health Centre provides a range of services including Community, District, and Palliative/Oncology services, Urgent after-hours care, Well-Child services and Primary Health care. The team also support St John Ambulance with PRIME services.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of the nursing services across Reefton Health to enable excellence in rural clinical outcomes in alignment with Health New Zealand Te Tai o Poutini's vision and values. You will support the Northern Operations Manager with operational and clinical nursing leadership; empowering staff to provide high quality, integrated care that is also sustainable.
