Reefton is a rural regional town located 80kms east of Greymouth with a population of approximately 1100.
The Reefton Integrated Health Centre provides a range of services including Community, District, and Palliative/Oncology services, Urgent after-hours care, Well-Child services and Primary Health care. The team also support St John Ambulance with PRIME services.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of the nursing services across Reefton Health to enable excellence in rural clinical outcomes in alignment with Health New Zealand Te Tai o Poutini - s vision and values. You will support the Northern Operations Manager with operational and clinical nursing leadership; empowering staff to provide high quality, integrated care that is also sustainable.
This is an opportunity for a senior nurse with a vision for NZ Rural Health Care to join the team of Reefton, members of the community and local Iwi to realise the potential for Reefton.
We are looking for someone with the following traits

High levels of interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
Strong clinical background
Utilises Evidence Based Practice within the culture of the team
Ability to lead a diverse team and grow them to perform at the highest level
