Health NZ | Te Whatu Ora - Te Tai Tokerau is looking for an experienced senior nurse to join the Integrated Operations team as a Clinical Nurse Manager. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to undertake a leadership role with full support and mentorship. The purpose of this role is to provide clinical and nursing leadership and management to facilitate the effective day-to-day safe operation of services and to support nursing standards and nursing practice. Daily operational management includes a clinical safety overview of patient areas, capacity planning, seasonal variation response, variance response management and where applicable, acute patient flow. This is a full time, permanent position based in Whangarei Hospital.
