Clinical Nurse Manager

As a Clinical Manager or Registered Nurse with experience, you'll be responsible for leading the clinical team at the facility. You'll inspire and motivate the team to maintain their excellent standards.

This boutique facilty is at the heart of the Waihi community, come and join the family.

Duties will include:

Providing orientation and learning packages for new staff,

Completing all associated documentation and checklists,

Ensuring that clinical staff are trained in clinical risks and reporting procedures

Designing rosters to best utilize staffing and resources.

Provide quality care and continuous learning.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

Recent experience in clinical or management in a continuing care hospital facility,

Strong management and administration skills,

People skills with empathy for the elderly and their families

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NZ registration and a current APC
