With post-graduate clinical experience in either theatre, perioperative nursing, or as a registered anaesthetic tech, you will be well equipped for our Clinical Nurse Manager role. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to make a significant impact and create meaningful change.As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely and collaboratively with the General Manager, Board, Clinical Committee, and our dedicated clinical volunteers. This role offers the opportunity to provide strong clinical leadership, coordinate operational functions, strategise and plan for the future, ensure service quality, and maintain health and safety standards.We are looking for a compassionate and innovative leader who thrives in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
