As the Clinical Nurse Manager, working in tandem with the General Manager, you'll spearhead this unique, state-of-the-art hospital, building upon its rich legacy and continuing to serve our local community. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare, making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals throughout Southland & Otago.
In collaboration with the General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospital, leading with empathy, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You'll have the opportunity to shape the nursing department, drive quality patient care, and inspire a team of passionate healthcare professionals.
