Are you a registered nurse ready to step into a leadership role or an experienced nurse manager looking for a new challenge?
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be key in maintaining the well-being and dignity of the residents. You will work collaboratively with the Care Home Manager and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Oversee the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
Schedule and assign daily duties for nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards.
Ensure safe administration of medications and educate staff on medication management and potential side effects.
Maintain up-to-date clinical records and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and facility policies.
Act as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Support ongoing training and professional development for nursing staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
Minimum 3 years experience
Experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make sound clinical decisions and manage complex situations.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous improvement.
