About the business
Kerikeri Retirement Village is a Charitable Trust that has been operating for almost 40 years and is governed by a Board of Directors.
Our Care Facility of 66 rooms is surrounded by 120 individual living units and we are in a growth phase in our village. We employ around 140 people across the retirement village and the aged care facility.
We're a values-based organisation that focuses on the individual people who live here, and we're supported by amazing, dedicated staff and volunteers. Combining us all we call ourselves a family, or whanau, of 400.
We are a hard-working bunch, but we love a laugh, so we need that special someone who is compassionate, caring and with a sense of fun.
About the role
