Clinical Nurse Manager

As a senior RN, oversee all aspects of clinical management / leadership/ of care for 90+ residents in this growing organisation This aged care facility is located in the southern Canterbury - easy drive to Christchurch or Dunedin, or head across to Queenstown, the adventure playground of NZ, or a short drive east and you will arrive at sandy open wide beaches (no crowds).
This role truly has flexible Monday to Friday 40hrs per week options, great if you have to support school kids or need flexible start times.
As the Clinical Manager you will lead a team of Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring the residents are cared and supported, just the way you would want your parents to be cared for.

* Oversight of the clinical care provided to support the residents * Leadership of the clinical team * Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders * Implement best practices and use your knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
* Salary range dependent upon experience - $100K - $115K, open to negotiate Skills and experience; * NZ Registered nurse with a current APC * Proven NZ experience as a nursing leader in aged care * Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities * Strong leadership skills and the talent to motivate and mentor a team * A good understanding of the HDSS and how they relate to the day to day operations on site Want to escape the fast pace life?
