Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Here we have an exciting opportunity for senior Registered Nurses to join our Hospital Operations Team as a Clinical Nurse Manager. We are interested in hearing from those who are already experienced in this area as well as those who are keen to advance into a senior nursing leadership role.
We are looking for people with nursing leadership and operational management capability to support delivery of excellent clinical care for our 24/7 Clinical Nurse Manager Team.
Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills

A current Annual Practicing Certificate
A minimum of 5 years clinical practice experience preferably in an acute care setting
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist or Clinical Charge Nurse
Strong clinical background and expertise
The ability to work collaboratively and autonomously whilst keeping calm under pressure

We see this role as an incredible development opportunity for nurses already working at the top of their scope and will support successful applicants with a comprehensive orientation and induction.
We currently have a permanent role available - Monday to Sunday, fully rostered shifts.
