We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Auckland-based team in Epsom. In this full-time role, you'll lead a growing team of 60 registered nurses nationwide, providing clinical oversight and leadership to ensure high-quality care, particularly in wound care management. You'll also play a key role in shaping new models of care and supporting the expansion of our services.
Nga mahi | What you'll be doing Providing day-to-day clinical oversight and leadership for nursing staff. Coaching and developing a team of Clinical Team Leaders. Ensuring clinical quality standards and audits are consistently met. Supporting the implementation of new care models and digital systems. Excellent relationship-building skills, both within teams and with external healthcare partners. A passion for enhancing the delivery of high-quality care.
