RDNS NZ is a trusted provider of Home & Community Support services, holding contracts with Health NZ - Te Whatu Ora, ACC & Whaikaha - Ministry for Disabled People. They deliver vital Homecare & Nursing services to people living at home, to support their independence and autonomy.
RDNS is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the South Island Clinical Co-ordinator Team, responsible for ensuring clinical excellence and service delivery in line with agreed contracts.
Responsibilities: Management: Work collaboratively alongside our Executive and Senior Management team to achieve strategic goals. Contract Management & Operational Excellence: Ensure services are delivered to clients in accordance with the organisation's strategic direction, quality processes, operational systems and contractual requirements. Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision, education and leadership to all Clinical Coordinators in the region. Business Growth: Identify areas of improvement from a clinical perspective and develop innovative solutions that position the organisation as a provider of choice in the market. Identify opportunities for innovative resourcing and clinical service delivery. Building & Maintaining Relationships: Ability to build and maintain credible and productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Quality Improvement: Experience in leading change and engaging individuals/teams - influencing performance improvements across the organisation. Shared On-Call Responsibilities: Occasionally take calls after-hours to provide clinical support. This pivotal role will require a strong clinical manager with the ability to provide decisive leadership with high empathy and high integrity. Selection Criteria: Registered Nurse. 2 years leadership experience HIGHLY REGARDED. Relevant proven and demonstrated experience with a strong hands-on operational background. Effective computing skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and relevant client management system. Demonstrated people leadership experience with proven ability to lead, engage and influence others. Experience in Community Health sector is of benefit, although not essential.
