Ideally, you will have experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager in aged care, or perhaps you are a senior Registered Nurse with extensive NZ aged care and leadership experience, ready to step up.
Working closely with the Manager, this is a senior clinical role, where your:
expertise in all things clinical,knowledge of the aged care sector in New Zealand,people management skills,engagement with a wide variety of stakeholders,and passion for creating an environment of excellenceall come into play.
If you have:
registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and current APC,2-3 years' + experience in a senior clinical leadership role in NZ,knowledge of aged care,ability to build great networks with stakeholders/allied agencies,staff management experience,dedication, sense of humour, and ability to build great teams,then we want to hear from you!
