If you like to keep busy, enjoy variety, thrive on challenges, and want to join a strong team, then we are the place and have the role you have been looking for.We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Leader or Registered Nurse with three years+ NZ experience who has:A talent for building and growing strong teams;Sharing their skill and knowledge to deliver outstanding healthcare;Great communication skills both written and oral in English;Ability to build strong relationships with families, residents, and broad collegial networks across the sector and their community.As the Clinical Nurse Leader, your key responsibilities are:Facilitating patient healthcare and measuring outcomes;Evaluating healthcare treatments and potential risks for diverse populations;Implementing and overseeing safety standards in the working environment;Mentoring and coordinating care among nurses and medical professionals throughout the facility;Delegating and overseeing the healthcare delivery of a resident cohort;Collecting and analyzing data to assess resident healthcare needs;Ensuring all healthcare services and facility protocols are being followed;Coordinating resident care from start to finish while overseeing resident transitions of care;Actively assessing risks and researching along with implementing new internal policies;Building communication channels between teams;Receiving ongoing support from management and the team to achieve the best in your role and support your professional development;Full orientation will be provided;A workplace where honesty, hard work, and fun are valued.
