We are looking for an inspirational Clinical Nurse Lead who is looking for their next challenge to provide leadership and direction to our Mountain View village. This role is on a fixed term basis for 6 months and will enable us to continue providing top quality services and provide best of life care to our Summerset Mountain View residents. This role would work across Monday - Friday. Job Description: Role Responsibilities: Assist in providing clinical guidance and leadership to the Care Centre team Help to provide day to day direction and guidance to the onsite care team Work closely with Care Centre Manager to support safe operation of the care team Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme Qualifications: The ideal applicant will be a calm, caring, and conscientious person who works well with others. To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 years of New Zealand nursing experience A current APC and recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight A team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Care team A skilled communicator with effective relationship building abilities An InterRAI trained RN who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning Additional Information: Why Summerset?
