We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Clinical Nurse Educators to join our Team. This is a full-time fixed-term position for 12 months initially (with the possibility of extension), based at multiple locations in New Zealand and reporting to our National Medical, Education & Research Director.
What you'll be doing : You will bring your NZ nursing experience and passion for education to deliver quality training to Oceania nurses as well as healthcare assistants, IQNs seeking NZ registration (CAP) within the clinical setting (and OSCE) in accordance with policies and protocols of New Zealand Nursing Council.
You will work in partnership with nursing staff at the clinical placements and also facilitate the provision of education to current Oceania staff.
What you'll bring : NZ registered nurse with current APC and NZ experience Team player qualities (humble, hungry, and people smart) Great attitude and willingness to learn and grow Teaching / mentoring experience would be beneficial Commitment to healthcare professional education Postgraduate nursing education would be an advantage Qualification in adult learning would be beneficial Recent NZ clinical experience Cultural sensitivity and safe practice Excellent interpersonal skills Professional demeanour and high level of personal integrity Who we are We are one of NZ's largest CAP providers and pride ourselves on the quality of nurses we produce with our amazing Team of Clinical Educators.
