This will allow you to coach and support the clinical learning of the nursing team while promoting evidence-based practice. You will be supported through close collaboration with the Nursing Director and Senior Nursing team within Mental Health and the wider cluster. This Nurse Educator role includes developing and strengthening current education resources and delivery of programs, as well as supporting individual learning plans. Qualification in adult education is highly desirable.
