About the Role: Are you passionate about advancing Critical Care nursing excellence through education and practice development? Rotorua Hospital's Critical Care Unit is looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of nursing practice.
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:
Promote evidence-based nursing practices aligned with policies, scopes of practice, and national standards.Act as a mentor and role model, demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership.Provide education, coaching, and constructive feedback to nurses, healthcare assistants, and support teams.Collaborate with senior nursing staff and academic providers to design and deliver innovative learning programs.Support professional development initiatives, including new graduate and Health Care Assistant programs.About You: What you'll bring: Exceptional clinical competence and a passion for fostering growth in others.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in adult education, utilizing creative teaching strategies, including e-learning.A commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.About the Team/Service/Location: • Work in a collaborative environment with a dynamic nursing and midwifery team.

Salary Range:
$114,025 to $121,444 pro-rated to hours worked.
