This is a temporary role for 12 months covering maternity leave.The Clinical Nurse Coordinator leads people, systems, processes, and resources to deliver effective and efficient care and services to meet the needs of patients and their whanau. This includes but is not limited to management of staff during the shift, allocation of care and resources, and demonstrating professional leadership.
