TheClinical Nurse Coordinator is a key professional nursing role across Health NZ NelsonMarlborough clinical services.
Thepurpose of the position is to:
Provideexpert clinical advice to support the co-ordination of high quality, safe,evidence based and patient focused care in the community.Facilitateclinical excellence and provide measured data to support patient-focusedclinical outcomes.Monitorcare delivery along with clinical and professional performance to supportstaff to achieve relevant Professional Portfolio levels.Partnerwith Nurse Educators to identify educational needs and provide educationand mentoring for staff to address these needs.Provideresources and learning opportunities for ensuring the ongoing competencyof EN - s and RN - s in collaboration with the Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM).Supportthe ACNM in the day-to-day provision of a service that covers palliativecare in urban and rural district nursing.We area vibrant, friendly, multidisciplinary team, committed to providing a qualityservice to patients.

Youwill have NZNC registration, a current practising certificate and a fulldriver's licence.
