Role Overview: As a Clinical Leader, you will be an integral part of our Elderslea Lodge facility management team, working closely with the Business Care Manager. Your role will be to ensure the efficient, effective, and sustainable clinical, financial, and operational viability of the facility. Utilizing your advanced clinical knowledge, you will provide leadership to our clinical and care staff, ensuring a high level of quality care that aligns with Oceania Healthcare policies.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent care that reflects the individuality and rights of our residents, promoting choice, respect, and dignity.Lead and inspire our clinical team to deliver optimal care to our residents.Develop, coach, and mentor the clinical team to foster continuous improvement and critical thinking.Build strong connections and relationships with our residents and their families.Empowered to make critical decisions regarding resident care.Requirements: Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care.Current Annual Practising Certificate with the New Zealand Nursing Council.Empathy and passion for Aged Care.Proven leadership skills in building and managing effective teams.Highly tuned problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to delivering excellent service.Strong personal values aligned with Oceania's mission.InterRai experience desirable.Join Our Journey: At Oceania, we strive to do better every day.
