Oversee all aspects of clinical nursing leadership, working alongside a supportive Village Manager.
As a Registered Nurse Clinical leader, you confidently and independently influence best practices, provide strong clinical leadership, ensure a high standard of overall wellbeing of residents, and foster a positive and engaged team culture. Our client is looking for a Clinical Manager to come on board and take ownership, leading a team with the support of the Village Manager and Coordinator.
You will be providing sound clinical leadership through your actions and excellent communication, and be a confident point of escalation, capable of resolving issues and improving systems & processes where required. You will motivate and inspire your team to provide the best care to residents. This role requires both strategic and operational competency to ensure the continued success of this well-loved and respected facility.
