Full-time role, Monday to Friday (Salaried)
We are seeking a strong and natural leader to join our senior leadership team as we work together to foster a care delivery culture that supports the Arvida values and purpose.

You will lead a passionate team committed to supporting our aged care residents to live life their way.
Qualifications
To tatou kaitono pai | Our ideal candidate must have
At least 5 years of experience working as a registered nurse with a passion for aged care (and a current NZ annual practicing certificate).
Resonate with the Arvida values, purpose, and be committed to holistic person-centered care.
Have a calm and measured approach - able to problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Be an effective and respectful communicator; highly skilled in written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
Experience in leadership leading a team of Registered Nurses and Wellness Partners.
Be able to build strong relationships with your team, residents, and whanau.
Have experience with leading a team, including recruitment and development of staff and managing rosters.
Have strong organisational and time management skills.
Passionate about coaching and mentoring teams.
Be InterRAI trained.
Engage with all our professional stakeholders to build strong local relationships.
Be resilient and committed to self-care.
