To tatou kaitono pai | Our ideal candidate must have Have at least 5 years of experience working as a registered nurse with a passion for aged care (and a current NZ annual practicing certificate), Resonate with the Arvida values, purpose, and be committed to holistic person-centered care, Have a calm and measured approach - able to problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment. Be an effective and respectful communicator; highly skilled in written, oral, and interpersonal communication.  Be able to build strong relationships with your team, residents, and whanau Have experience with leading a team, including recruitment and development of staff and managing rosters. Have strong organisational and time management skills. Be InterRAI trained. Engage with all our professional stakeholders to build strong local relationships. Be resilient and committed to self-care.
