To tatou kaitono pai | Our ideal candidate must have At least 5 years of experience working as a registered nurse with a passion for aged care (and a current NZ annual practicing certificate).

Effective and respectful communicator; highly skilled in written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to build strong relationships with your team, residents, and whanau.
Experience with leading a team, including recruitment and development of staff and managing rosters.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
InterRAI trained.
Engage with all our professional stakeholders to build strong local relationships.
