We are seeking an experienced clinician with a passion for supporting and leading healthcare clinicians in the provision of exceptional quality health care services. Someone who has strong clinical acumen, advanced service coordination and delivery skills, and enjoys seeing people succeed. A leader who can envisage the new interdisciplinary model of care and is experienced in leading people through change. This full-time position requires a proven track record in managing clinical staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.What you'll be doingIntegrate and coordinate the work of clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, health improvement practitioners, health coaches, care coordinator, clinical pharmacist, extended care paramedics, and medical assistants, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and proceduresDevelop and implement strategies to improve clinical integration, workflow, and efficiencyLiaise with medical practitioners, patients, and their families to address any concerns or issuesParticipate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiativesContribute to the overall management and strategic direction of the healthcare facilityWhat we're looking forProven experience in a clinical management or leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably primary careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient careThorough understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practicesAbility to work collaboratively as part of an inter-disciplinary teamDegree in nursing, healthcare administration, or other health professional fieldPractice which aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.What we offerCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible work arrangements to promote work-life balanceComprehensive health and wellness programs for employeesAbout usHealth New Lynn is a leading healthcare provider in the Auckland region, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and innovative solutions for our community of 19,000 patients.
