Clinical Manager - Aged Care

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager with a broad understanding of Aged Care.

The key responsibilities for this position:

Lead, inspire, and oversee the Nursing teamPassionate about the delivery of service to older peopleEnsure your site is audit readyStrong organizational and time management skillsStaff education and orientationPerformance appraisalPromote caring and quality to residents and their familiesClinical documentationQuality managementHealth and safety proceduresYou will have:
Sound 3-5 years of clinical management experienceCurrent APCExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth leadership qualitiesThe successful candidate will enjoy a good salary, professional development support, and an interesting challenging role.
