Winscombe Hall is part of Cedars Care Group, a family run company with 20 years of experience in nursing, dementia & elderly care. The candidate will have supernumerary hours, working alongside the manager & RNs, mentoring, supervising and auditing. Approximately 12 hours a week you will be expected to work a full shift alongside the care team. In addition, you will be required to cover RN holidays, sickness & on call 1 in 3 weeks.We are looking for a candidate who:Is an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead & a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.Will lead and support the nursing and care staff.Support the Home Manager in achieving the Home's very high standards and targets.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Duties will also include clinical administration, medication auditing and daily auditing of the PCS system.Candidates must have strong clinical experience in a senior role, good interpersonal and leadership skills, be flexible and work well in a team.Be responsible for the treatment room, wound management & falls.Be responsible for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified and care staff by on the job auditing & providing hands on care.Ensure that all residents receive quality clinical & personal care and that care plans are maintained to CQC standard.Take part in CQC and North Somerset inspections, ensuring all regulations and standards are met.Be responsible for understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirements including COSHH, health and safety.Act at all times in line with NMC Code of Professional Conduct.Ensure all of the companies policies, procedures & business targets are followed.Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, developing adaptation RNs.Continually review and implement new initiatives to enhance residents care.Support and mentor team members, encouraging their growth and development.We Offer:Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.Minimum salary £24.00 per hour/£49,920 per annum.40 hours per week.Company Pension.Paid NMC revalidation and DBS.Training allowance of £350 per annum.Free on-site parking.Employee of the Month and Refer a Friend Schemes.Hot meals provided.Friendly, supportive home environment with excellent community reputation.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From £49,920.00 per year.Additional pay:Signing bonus.Benefits:Company pension.Discounted or free food.Free parking.On-site parking.Referral programme.Sick pay.Schedule:12 hour shift.8 hour shift.Day shift.Monday to Friday.Weekend availability.Application question(s):Have you developed junior or adaptation RNs previously?
