Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical)Full timeAre you interested in leading and shaping a dynamic psychology and neuropsychology service?Lead a skilled team of psychologistsBe part of a collaborative leadership teamFlexible working options availableThis role reports to the Clinical Manager Community Rehabilitation.Key responsibilities include:Operational management of the Clinical Psychology / Neuropsychology team, providing advice and supervision to team members and managing performanceService development including development and expansion of services, with opportunities to coordinate and disseminate researchThe opportunity to lead a highly skilled psychology team with a wide variety of expertiseMinimum requirements:Significant experience working as a neuropsychologist or clinical psychologist as part of an IDT, ideally with leadership experience.Experience supervising interns and other clinical psychologists; neuropsychology supervision is desirableExperience working on ACC contracts, including Psychological Services and Neuropsychological Assessment, is highly valuedExperience in successfully educating and upskilling othersAbility to model the Trust's whanonga pono / valuesKo tatou whakaute - We are respectfulKo tatou whakakotahi - We are inclusiveThe Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust is an independent, charitable community rehabilitation and residential provider.
