What you have to do:
Ensure a high standard of clinical care is delivered to all patients
Supervise and coordinate staff in urology, vascular, general and other surgical specialties, and ensure the smooth running of each of these theatres daily.
Optimise efficiency of resources including equipment and staff
Establish and maintain great communications with all internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
Minimum of 5 years' operating room experience is key
Proven leadership and management qualities
Clear and effective communication is absolutely essential
