You will be professionally accountable and responsible for the delivery of clinical care within the ward team with a focus on positive behavioural support to patients.Candidates must have 18 months post-qualifying experience, including sign-off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework.This exciting and challenging role will afford the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team that is focused on delivering high standards of care through evidenced-based practice. You will be in a key role within the team and alongside other members of the leadership team, ensuring the overall aims and purpose of the ward are clear and that patient safety is paramount. You will need to be able to form therapeutic relationships with people with mental health needs. RMNH/RNLDEvidence of Continuing Professional DevelopmentRecognised Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor, clinical educator or equivalent.
