Of course, you'll be well practiced with/in:The ability to actively engage with all people to sustain productive relationships.The ability to work within a Kaupapa Maori environment.The ability to actively work collaboratively across all areas of Te Runanga o Toa Rangatira.Qualified psychologist with 5+ years of experience and a passion for helping others, preferably with managerial experience and a record of success in clinical leadership.A team player with exceptional relationship building skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Time management, adept at prioritising tasks and multiple workstreams.Demonstrates sound judgement, capable of making quality decisions amidst complex and multi-dimensional challenges.Sharp critical thinking skills, keen observation abilities and problem-solving prowess.But the thing that will really stand out is your love for the work and the people.
