Role Overview: As a Clinical Lead, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of clinical care and governance within our care homes.
Collaborating closely with nurses and carers, you'll lead by example to ensure exceptional care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the nursing team.
Clinical Oversight: Make informed clinical decisions and prioritize resident well-being and safety.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Best Practices: Promote and train staff on best nursing practices.
Requirements: Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to lead a nursing team.
Experience: Prior management or leadership experience is preferred.
Decision-Making: Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge: Good understanding of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
Registration: NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
