Job Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Clinician to provide clinical expertise and leadership within Comcare, promoting safe and effective practice and service.Comcare Trust is an innovative, forward-thinking organisation with a mission to contribute positively to the recovery of people who experience mental illness and addictions through the provision of quality community services, social housing, and by supporting mental health sector development.About the Role:Reporting to the Director of Services, the Clinical Lead will engage in the day-to-day clinical activity and be available to coach, guide, and support staff in relation to practice. The role will also lead the delivery of the Community Support Work Assess Pathway on behalf of Comcare.The Clinical Lead will provide clinical leadership to Comcare's Practice Advisory Group and provide clinical expertise in assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risk.This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week), predominantly Monday to Friday.About You:We are seeking someone with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of mental health and addictions, in order to develop and monitor best practice as well as providing clinical guidance and support.You would be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Registered Nurse and hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand annual practising certificate.
