We are seeking a driven clinician for an exciting Clinical Lead role in the Social Rehab services space to become a part of our Senior Leadership Team. You will provide best practice and service delivery solutions. We will provide you with the tools you need to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. This role is part of a strategic plan to increase clinical leadership in the Otago Central region.  Main responsibilities: Liaise with Service Lead to review complex client cases. Manage client risk register and review complex clinical reports.
