This role provides coaching, clinical oversight, mentoring of our workforce, and leads to the development of our CEP capability within our mental health teams and service pathways.

Our Multi-disciplinary team of AOD/CEP practitioners provides coaching and mentoring to our workforce, co-case work management, shared care, and consultation. The team liaises and networks across the CEP continuum.
The Clinical Lead reports to the Clinical Director of Mental Health and Addictions and is an active member of Clinical Governance, Service Leadership, Adverse Events Committee, and Service Development. This role is based at Lambie Drive, while your Consultation and Liaison work will take you across our range of community locations, with most of your time spent away from your 'home' base.
As the Clinical Lead, you will have Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and, preferably, will be a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (or equivalent) or a Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine (FAChAM) (or equivalent).
