Our team of passionate staff journey alongside individuals to support them in setting and achieving their goals.We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting people with high and complex needs to lead fulfilling lives in the community.Our services provide a safe and positive environment where our clients are assisted to achieve maximum independence.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and innovative registered health professional to provide clinical oversight and coordinate our passionate teams of support workers to enable them to support youth experiencing mental health challenges and rangatahi in the youth justice system.The main responsibilities include:Making clinical recommendationsRisk and behaviour managementAllocating daily staffing resourcesCoordinating care and treatment plans with secondary services and other external stakeholders such as DHB, education and Oranga TamarikiEffective time management skills and the ability to prioritise are essential.
