Our team of passionate staff journey alongside individuals to support them in setting and achieving their goals.We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting people with high and complex needs to lead fulfilling lives in the community.Our services provide a safe and positive environment where our clients are assisted to achieve maximum independence.The Role:We are seeking a motivated and innovative registered health professional to lead our Dunedin Crisis Respite Service, manage our Otago based clinical team and coordinate a passionate team of support workers to enable them to support people experiencing mental health challenges.The main responsibilities include making clinical recommendations, risk and behaviour management, and allocating daily staffing resources. You will also coordinate care and treatment plans with secondary services and other external stakeholders. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise are essential.
