Clinical Lead - Care / Nursing Home *£2000 WB*Location: Huyton, Liverpool, Merseyside, EnglandL36Position: Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified)Hours: Full timeSalary: up to £21.12 per hour / £48,322 per year (based on 44 hours)Contract: Permanent (12-hour shifts & Weekends on a rota basis)Care Categories: Dementia / Elderly care / Learning DisabilitiesResponsibilities of the role:Managing the nursing and wider team across the homeRota planning, Audits and working alongside the relevant authorities.Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met.Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis.Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times.Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered, and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.Person specification:Have a live, valid NMC PINHave a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care SectorAll applicants must have the right to work in the UK.You will have strong communication and organisational skills.You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.Benefits:Paid NMC PIN renewal - saving you a cost of £120*Home Made meals while on shift.Paid individual membership for the Nursing Times.Day off in lieu – if you work a bank holiday.Free DBS (England) / Free PVG (Scotland)Free UniformIndemnity InsuranceEmployee assistance programme – access to counselling and legal services 24/7Free on-site parkingHow to apply:Smartcall Healthcare will support you from application stage through to getting your start date.
