This requires a Clinical Leader & SMO to lead our team.Our Multi-disciplinary team provides coaching and mentoring to our workforce, co-case work management, shared care, and consultation. The team liaises and networks across the CEP continuum.The Clinical Lead reports to the Clinical Director of Mental Health and Addictions, and is an active member of Clinical Governance, Service Leadership, Adverse Events Committee, and Service Development.This role involves working at Lambie Drive, and regular consultation and liaison work across community locations.Ambitious applicants should hold Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and preferably be a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.Clinical Lead (Full-Time) Role Summary:We are seeking a Senior Medical Officer to lead our team in Mental Health & Co-existing Drug and Alcohol problems.Salary: $190,915 - $267,980 NZD per annumThis permanent role provides coaching, clinical oversight, and leadership.
