The role provides coaching, clinical oversight, mentoring of our workforce, and leads to the development of our CEP capability within our mental health teams and service pathways. As the clinical lead, you will have Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and preferably be a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (or equivalent).Permanent RoleRemuneration: $190,915 - $267,980 NZDVisa - Immigration assistanceThis role is based at Lambie Drive, while your Consultation and Liaison work will take you across our range of community locations.We are passionate about the need to do more to better meet our population's needs and our designated AOD/CEP team has space for a new Clinical Leader & SMO to lead the team.The Clinical Lead reports to the Clinical Director of Mental Health and Addictions and is an active member of Clinical Governance, Service Leadership, Adverse Events Committee, and Service Development.
