We are committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and hold stewardship for equitable health outcomes for Maori as Tangata Whenua as the highest priority.This is a clinical leadership role operating across the continuing care continuum within the Kia Tu Ngawari services.Working in partnership with the Service Manager, the Clinical Head of Department will provide leadership across Te Roopu Kimiora (TRK), Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP), Maternal and Infant Mental Health (Manaaki Kakano), Pregnancy and Parenting Support (He Tupua Waiora), and Youth Forensics.Offering an opportunity to shape and lead the service at an exciting time of development and innovation, this role will work closely with the General Manager and Clinical Director to provide professional leadership with the aim of delivering a high-quality service to meet community, service, and organisational objectives.The successful candidate will be looking to make a meaningful contribution to improving outcomes for children, young people, and families accessing mental health care, with a focus on quality, equity, and service improvement.
