This role has specific responsibility for providing administrative support to the clinical governance support unit.
You will have the opportunity to:
Provide effective support, information and general administrationUndertake duties and tasks to support the clinical governance teamProvide initial advice / first port of call to members of the public, managers and staffUndertake short-term designated improvement projects/quality initiativesContribute to the effective provision of CGSU services and partnerships across the organisationWe are seeking applications from individuals who place a high priority on quality and safety and who want to make systems better for patients and staff.
You will have the opportunity to:
Be proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Visio, DATIX (the integrated risk and incident management system)Have enthusiasm for meetings and sound minute-taking skillsExcellent customer service and the ability to empathetically manage complex situationsAn appreciation of health literacy conceptsUnderstanding of medical terminologyKnowledge of project work requirements or a willingness to develop this skillHighly developed organisational skills and initiativeDo you share in our vision, our values and will ensure our patients feel supported and cared for throughout their journey with us?
