Supported day to day by a senior and experienced Clinical Equipment Coordinator, this new position will support the growing demand to manage the timely distribution of clinical equipment to all areas of Rotorua hospital.Mo te turanga | About the roleDuties include:Providing daily co-ordination and oversight of equipment entering and leaving the poolEnsuring clinical equipment is well functioning and maintained to a high standardEnsuring that customers (ward staff) have the right equipment, in the right place and at the right time, to provide the critical patient care required for our Lakes communityAssisting in the education of ward staff about the correct use and maintenance of equipmentFull training will be provided.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically minded, and passionate about being a vital part of the wider team.You will have:The ability to work within a fast-paced and busy stimulating environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to work independently to get the job doneConfidence to work in a teamThis is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference.
